Warranty Repairs

High end audio components accepted for service under the original manufacturer's warranty requires a valid proof of purchase. A legible copy of the original invoice must include the name of the dealer, name of the purchaser, date purchased, manufacturer, model number and serial number. Components accepted for service without the proper documentation are billed for labor at the standard non-warranty rate. The minimum charge for any non-warranty service is $250.

Non-Warranty Repairs and Manufacturer Upgrades
|
High end audio components accepted for non-warranty repairs and/or manufacturer upgrades are billed for labor at the rate of $180 per hour, plus the cost of replacement parts. The minimum charge for any non-warranty service is $250.

Custom Upgrades
|
High end audio components accepted for custom upgrades are billed at the rate of $180 per hour, plus the cost of parts.

Outcall Service
|

Repair Estimates
|
Estimate charges for any non-warranty service will be billed at a minumum of $250. This can be applied to the total cost of the repair, if approval is given.

Turnaround
|
Normal turnaround is approximately 3 weeks, depending on parts procurement related issues.

Expedited Service
|
Expedited service is available at an additional $100, plus rush shipping charges for replacement parts, over the cost of the repair and/or upgrade.

High End Audio Repair Warranty
|
All components serviced by High End Audio Repair are covered by a 90-day warranty. Kindly note that High End Audio Repair warranty coverage begins on the date your repair was completed. This warranty is only applicable toward services performed as noted on service order. Manufacturer's replacement part warranty varies, please inquire. No warranties are offered for customer supplied replacement parts (including vacuum tubes) or failures resulting from replacement parts that are not purchased through High End Audio Repair.

Payment Instructions
|
Payment in full is due upon completion of repairs and/or upgrades, unless prior payment arrangements have been agreed upon. All check payments must clear our bank before finalizing pickup or delivery arrangements.

Unclaimed Repairs
|
Unclaimed repairs after the 30-day grace period will incur a storage charge of $100 per each additional month or part thereof.
